Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the ICT and Digital Transformation Specialist in:-
• Provide technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• System software installation, administration, and configuration
• Support the roll-out of new applications, set up new users' accounts and profiles
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults- replace parts if required
• User training on the retail system used
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Test and evaluate new technology

Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A recent graduate with upper second-class degree (2.1) or better in Computer Science, ICT or related field
• One-year relevant industrial attachment experience at a reputable organisation.
• A great work ethic and display a zeal to learn.
• Excellent presentation and technical skills.
